Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 34G1 cable has been designed with durability and functionality in mind. It consists of 34 stranded copper cores, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which ensures flexibility even at low temperatures. The cores are twisted in parallel, and the whole is wrapped in foil for additional protection. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in precision applications. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, water and climate change.

The cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to +90°C, which allows it to be used in extreme conditions. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting. Available in violet (RAL 4005), but other colors are also available on request.
