UNIPUR-CP Flexible Cable – Reliability in Harsh Conditions

This shielded UNIPUR-CP 41G0.5 control cable is a proposal for professionals and demanding users. The UNIPUR-CP cable is distinguished by its careful construction. It consists of 41 flexible copper strands (class 5), insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The strands are twisted in parallel, which ensures optimal pitch and minimizes the risk of damage during operation. A screen made of tinned copper wires (coverage approx. 85%) protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in devices sensitive to interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) housing, resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to abrasion, cuts and notches.
