Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 41G0,5 cable stands out with its careful construction. It consists of 41 stranded, flexible copper conductors (class 5), insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). These conductors are twisted in parallel, ensuring optimal twist pitch and minimizing the risk of mechanical damage. A screen made of tinned copper wires (coverage approx. 85%) effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change and UV radiation. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.
