Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 41G0,75 cable is distinguished by its careful construction. It uses high-quality stranded copper conductors, which translates to good conductivity and durability. TPE insulation provides flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C), and the PUR jacket protects against the influence of oils, greases, water, ozone and UV radiation. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in devices sensitive to interference. The cable has 41 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², which allows it to be used in more complex installations. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 22.1 mm.

The UNIPUR-CP 41G0,75 cable is perfect for anywhere that requires high flexibility, resistance to external factors and protection against electromagnetic interference. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 kV (300/500 V), and the operating temperature is in the range of -40°C to +90°C. The minimum bending radius is 12.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 7.5 x cable diameter during stationary operation. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km.
