Flexible control cable UNIPUR-CP – reliability in harsh conditions

The UNIPUR-CP cable is a shielded control cable designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made from high-quality materials, it provides safe and reliable connections over a wide temperature range and in various environments. Construction and properties

The cable features a robust construction. Stranded copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), ensure good conductivity and flexibility. A screen of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in devices sensitive to interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from mechanical damage, oils, water and weather conditions. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even in extreme working conditions – from -40°C to +90°C.

The UNIPUR-CP 4G0,5 green cable finds application in many fields: power tools (drills, circular saws), gardening equipment, portable motors, agricultural machinery, construction and refrigeration installations. The outer diameter of the cable is 7.3 mm and the rated voltage is 500V. The conductor cross-section is 0.5 mm². The cable has 4 core wires and one protective wire (green-yellow). Available in green PUR outer jacket.

It is important to remember to choose the appropriate jacket color when placing an order – various RAL options are available (e.g. blue RAL 5015, brown RAL 8003). To optimize EMC protection, it is recommended to use cable glands providing a two-sided contact of the copper braid with the clamps.
