This shielded flexible cable UNIPUR-CP, with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² and five cores, is designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction, providing exceptional durability and flexibility. Copper strands twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which provides excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance. A screen of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable against mechanical damage, the influence of oils, water and UV radiation.

The cable remains flexible even at very low temperatures (down to -40°C), making it an ideal solution for outdoor applications and in harsh industrial conditions. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and free from paint-inhibiting substances.
