Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards, ensure good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides resistance to abrasion, chemicals and extreme temperatures. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in sensitive applications. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from mechanical damage and weathering.

The cable remains flexible even at very low temperatures (down to -40°C), making it ideal for outdoor use and in harsh industrial conditions. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. A version with a green-yellow protective conductor (marked with the symbol "G") is also available.
