Construction and Properties
The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its careful construction, which translates into its unique properties. Twisted copper cores, manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure good conductivity and flexibility. The TPE insulation provides resistance to abrasion, cuts and the influence of chemicals. A screen of tinned copper wires effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in devices sensitive to interference. The PUR TMPU outer jacket provides protection against mechanical damage, oils, water and UV radiation.
The cable is available in brown color and has 7 cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm². The rated voltage of the cable is 500V, and the permissible operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +90°C. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.4 mm.
