The UNIPUR-CP cable is a shielded control cable designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable construction based on twisted copper strands, TPE insulation and PUR jacket guarantees long-lasting performance even in extreme conditions.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is distinguished by its advanced construction, providing optimal operating parameters. Copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, are characterized by high flexibility (class 5). Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance. A screen made of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in precision control systems. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from mechanical damage, oils, water and weathering.

Additionally, the cable is resistant to hydrolysis, microorganisms and UV radiation. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free. Available in various jacket colors (on request), which facilitates identification and organization of installations. The cable is metered for ease of use.
