The UNIPUR-CP 7G1 cable is a high-quality, shielded control cable designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of twisted copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and covered with a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, it ensures safe and reliable power transmission in a variety of applications. This cable is particularly valued for its resistance to low temperatures, oils, water and UV radiation.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction that guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm² are insulated with TPE, which ensures flexibility even at very low temperatures (down to -40°C). A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in precise installations. The outer jacket made of PUR provides resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches, protecting the cable from mechanical damage. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.
