Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C), thanks to the use of a special thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) as wire insulation and polyurethane (PUR) as the outer jacket. The copper conductors are twisted in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 standards, which guarantees their high conductivity and mechanical strength. The PUR jacket provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches and the action of oils, greases, water and atmospheric factors. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis.

The UNIPUR-OZ cable has been designed with durability in mind – the materials used in its production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. This ensures not only a long service life but also safe use. The cable has a rated voltage of 500V and a conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm², and its outer diameter is approximately 5.8 mm.
