Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-OZ cable is characterized by a solid construction. Its copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, guarantee good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) additionally protects the cable against the influence of oils, greases, water and atmospheric factors. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in extreme conditions – from -40°C to +90°C.

This cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures, which facilitates its installation and use in hard-to-reach places. Additionally, it is resistant to UV radiation, ozone and hydrolysis, which extends its lifespan. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.
