Flexible PUR cable for demanding applications

UNIPUR-OZ 2x0.75 cable is a high-quality wire designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions. Made with polyurethane (PUR) insulation, it provides reliable operation in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C. It is ideal for both industrial installations and portable devices.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. It has stranded copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 cl.5 standards. The insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) guarantees high flexibility and resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU provides additional protection against mechanical and chemical factors. The cable is available in violet color, and its outer diameter is 6.3 mm.

It is worth noting the exceptional resistance of the cable to oils, greases, water, atmospheric factors, ozone, oxygen, UV radiation and hydrolysis. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free. Additionally, the cable is radiation resistant up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
