Flexible control cable for demanding applications
This metered 500V m.SPEED 500-C-TPE 12G flexible cable with a TPE-O jacket is a solution for installations exposed to intense movements and mechanical loads. The cable is designed to operate in harsh conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to its special construction and materials, it ensures reliability and long life in industrial applications, machines and automation systems.
Construction and properties
The cable is distinguished by an advanced construction that guarantees high flexibility and resistance to damage. It uses multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), providing good conductivity and flexibility. The core insulation is made of special TPE, and the entire cable is surrounded by a copper braid screen, which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of TPE-O further protects the cable from external factors such as moisture, oils and UV radiation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 14.8 mm.
A key feature of the cable is its resistance to extreme operating conditions – the permissible ambient temperature during operation is from -40°C to +80°C, and during installation from -30°C to +80°C. In addition, the cable is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing and chemical substances. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting.
