Flexible cable for demanding applications

This metered flexible cable m.SPEED 500-C-TPE 18G0,75 is a solution for installations where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are important. The cable is designed for use in machines, cable chains and environments exposed to moisture, chemicals and high mechanical stress. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it also ensures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

Construction and properties

The cable is distinguished by an advanced construction that guarantees long life and reliable operation. It uses 18 copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special TPE. The conductors are twisted in a way that optimizes flexibility, and the whole is protected by a screen of tinned copper wires. The outer jacket made of TPE-O provides resistance to abrasion, oils and UV radiation. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting.
