This metered m.SPEED 500-C-TPE 25G1,5 flexible cable is a solution for installations where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are crucial. Thanks to its special construction and materials, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation.

Construction and properties

The cable stands out with its advanced construction, which translates into its unique properties. It is made of un-tinned copper strands twisted in a way that minimizes the risk of damage, insulated with special TPE. The strands are surrounded by a screen of tinned copper wires providing high effectiveness in suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is covered with a durable outer sheath made of TPE-O in blue color (RAL 5020).

It is ideal for running in cable conduits over long distances and in places exposed to high speeds. The conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm² and the rated voltage of 500V make the cable suitable for many power and control applications. The outer diameter of the cable is 24.3 mm and the number of cores is 25. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (G) for increased installation safety. Core identification is done using numbers printed on the insulation.
