Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of multi-wire copper cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). The cores are twisted into bundles, which increases flexibility and facilitates installation. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (depending on the version) and a screen of tinned copper wires to protect against electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating of TPE-O, which provides resistance to abrasion, oils, chemicals and UV radiation.
