Flexible cable for demanding applications

This metered flexible cable 500V, designated m.SPEED 500-C-TPE 7G1, is a solution designed for operation in harsh industrial conditions. This cable is distinguished by its high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it ideal for use in machines and equipment exposed to high mechanical stress. The shielded construction ensures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), minimizing interference.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed with multi-strand copper conductors class 5, guaranteeing high flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. The conductors are insulated with special TPE, and the entire cable is surrounded by a durable TPE-O sheath in blue (RAL 5020). The braided screen of tinned copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, ozone, oils and many chemicals. It is worth noting that the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

Applications and technical parameters

This cable is used wherever high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required – in machines, cable chains, and in wet and dry environments. Thanks to the wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +80°C stationary and -30°C to +80°C dynamic), the cable performs well in various conditions. The conductor cross-section is 1 mm², and the rated voltage U is 500 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.6 mm. Conductor identification is done using numbers, which facilitates assembly and servicing. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.
