This metered m.SPEED 500-PUR 4G1 flexible cable is a reliable solution wherever standard cables fail. Designed for operation in harsh conditions, it is perfect for machines, production lines, robotics and industrial automation. Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of four copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², insulated with special PP. The conductors are twisted in a way that minimizes the risk of damage during dynamic movements. The whole is surrounded by a durable, abrasion and oil resistant polyurethane (PUR) coating. The use of PUR also provides resistance to UV and ozone radiation, allowing the cable to be used in outdoor conditions. A protective conductor (green-yellow) provides additional safety for the installation.

The cable is characterized by low adhesion, halogen-free properties and high chemical resistance. This makes it safe for the environment and users, and also performs well in applications exposed to various chemicals. In addition, its construction minimizes weight and diameter, making it easier to install and route cables in tight spaces. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21.
