This 7-core m.SPEED 500-PUR flexible cable is a solution for installations where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are crucial. The cable is designed for use in machines, robots, production lines, and in places exposed to continuous bending and mechanical stress. Thanks to its construction based on a polyurethane (PUR) jacket and a special strand structure, the cable remains flexible even at low temperatures and is resistant to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and chemicals.

Construction and properties

The cable stands out with its careful construction, which translates into its unique properties. Copper strands made of fine wires ensure high flexibility. PP insulation and a PUR outer jacket guarantee protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The cable has a green PUR jacket with an outer diameter of 10.3 mm. The cross-section of a single strand is 0.75 mm². The use of a special PUR material ensures resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire (compliant with IEC 60332-1-2).
