This 7-core m.SPEED 500-PUR flexible cable is a reliable solution for installations in areas exposed to high mechanical stress and harsh environmental conditions. The cable is designed for use in machines, production lines, robotics and moving parts of devices where flexibility and resistance to damage are crucial. It will work well in both internal and external installations, ensuring continuous power supply even with slow cable movement.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on copper strands, PP insulation and a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket. The strands are twisted into bundles, which ensures flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. A special outer PUR jacket guarantees high resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of chemicals, oils and UV radiation. In addition, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.

The use of a yellow-green protective conductor (as standard) provides additional safety. The cable is metered, which makes it easier to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs. With an outer diameter of 13 mm, the cable is relatively compact, making it easier to route in tight spaces. The operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -30°C to +80°C (flexible) allows it to be used in a wide range of temperature conditions. The rated voltage U is 500V.
