Flexible cable for demanding applications
This high-quality m.SPEED 500-TPE 5G0.75 flexible cable is designed for operation in harsh industrial conditions and applications requiring high flexibility. With an outer diameter of 6.5 mm, this cable features exceptional resistance to mechanical stress, abrasion and chemical agents. It is ideal for use in machinery, robotics, production lines and anywhere else where standard cables fail.
Construction and properties
The cable is constructed with five copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special PP with white identification numbers. The protective conductor (yellow-green color) provides additional safety. The outer jacket made of TPE-O (thermoplastic elastomer) guarantees high flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C) and resistance to oils and UV radiation. The cable construction minimizes the risk of twisting during operation, which is particularly important in dynamic applications.

The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 500V and an ambient temperature of -30°C to +80°C (flexible) and -40°C to +80°C (stationary). Thanks to the tinned conductor, the cable can be used in extreme environments exposed to hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and sulfur dioxide.
