Flexible cable for demanding industrial applications

This metered M.SPEED 500-TPE 7G1 flexible cable is designed to operate in harsh conditions where high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. It is suitable for both fixed installations and dynamic applications such as robotics, production lines and industrial automation. This cable is ideal where traditional cabling fails – in cable ducts, with frequent bending and in environments exposed to abrasion.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of seven copper conductors, insulated with special PP, which ensures good flexibility and reliable connections. The conductors are twisted in a way that minimizes the risk of damage during bending. The outer jacket made of TPE-O (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) guarantees high resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils and UV radiation. In addition, this material is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire. The navy blue (RAL 5020) color makes it easy to identify the cable in the installation.

This cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500V and an allowable operating temperature of -40°C to +80°C (flexible) and -30°C to +80°C (stationary). The conductor cross-section of 1 mm² allows for safe energy transmission in many applications. The outer diameter of the cable is 11.1 mm. Conductor identification is done using numbers, which facilitates correct connection of the wires.
