UNIPUR Flexible Cable – Reliability in Harsh Conditions
This brown UNIPUR 3G16 flexible cable is a robust solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for intensive use, both in professional installations and in demanding home environments. Its construction based on polyurethane insulation (PUR) ensures long-lasting protection and reliable operation.
Construction and Properties
The UNIPUR cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), surrounded by thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulation, it provides excellent conductivity and flexibility. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU further protects the cable from mechanical damage, abrasion, cuts and the influence of atmospheric factors. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even in extreme temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C.
It is worth noting the cable's resistance to UV radiation, oils, fats, water and microorganisms. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and lacquer-inhibiting substance-free, making it safe for the environment and users. The outer diameter of the cable is 23.2 mm and the conductor cross-section is 16 mm².
Application and Benefits
The UNIPUR cable is the ideal choice for powering electric tools (drills, circular saws), garden equipment, portable motors and agricultural machinery. It will also be useful on construction sites, in refrigeration installations and in other places exposed to difficult working conditions. Its exceptional flexibility makes it easy to install and lay the cable even in tight spaces. In addition, high mechanical resistance guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The cable has a CE marking confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU.
