Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), which guarantees flexibility and easy installation. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric properties and resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU further protects the cable from the effects of atmospheric factors, oils, greases and UV radiation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.5 mm, and its flexibility allows for easy routing even in tight spaces.

A key feature of the cable is its resistance to extreme temperatures – it can be operated in the range of -40°C to +90°C, making it an ideal solution for outdoor and industrial applications. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (G) for increased safety. The rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V.
