Flexible UNIPUR cable – reliability in harsh conditions

The UNIPUR 3G6 flexible cable is a high-quality cable with polyurethane (PUR) insulation, designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Designed for intensive use, it is suitable for both industrial installations and powering portable devices. Its construction ensures safe and efficient energy transmission over a wide temperature range.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It is made of multi-strand, flexible copper wire (class 5), which facilitates installation and provides resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) guarantees high flexibility even at low temperatures, down to -40°C. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, greases and weathering. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis.

A key feature of the cable is its exceptional flexibility, which allows for easy routing in tight spaces and dynamic use in mobile devices. This makes it ideal for use in power tools, construction machinery or agricultural equipment. The nominal conductor cross-section of 6 mm² and the nominal voltage of 450/750V allow for safe powering of devices with higher power consumption. The outer diameter of the cable is 14.2 mm.
