Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable stands out with its construction adapted to intensive use. Made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), it provides excellent flexibility even at low temperatures – down to -40°C. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects against abrasion, cuts, the influence of oils, greases and weathering. The conductors are twisted in parallel, which optimizes their arrangement and minimizes the risk of damage during bending. A version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (x) is available.

A key feature of the cable is its resistance to UV radiation, hydrolysis and microorganisms, which guarantees a long service life even in difficult operating conditions. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21/DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards.
