Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its exceptional durability and flexibility. Copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure excellent conductivity. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts and weathering. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) further protects the cable from mechanical damage and the influence of oils, greases and UV radiation. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even in extreme working conditions – from -40°C to +90°C.

A key feature of the cable is its exceptional flexibility at low temperatures. This allows for trouble-free installation and use even in difficult winter conditions. Additionally, the cable is resistant to hydrolysis, microbes and substances that interfere with painting, which increases its lifespan and reliability. It is worth noting that the materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium.
