UNIPUR Flexible Cable – Reliability and Flexibility in Every Application
This brown UNIPUR 5G10 flexible cable with a voltage of 750V is a versatile solution for both professional installers and end-users. Made from high-quality materials, it provides safe and efficient power transmission in various conditions. The cable is characterized by its exceptional flexibility, making installation and setup easier even in hard-to-reach places.
Construction and Properties
The UNIPUR cable has five cores with a cross-section of 10 mm², made of stranded copper, which ensures good conductivity and flexibility. The cores are insulated with thermoplastic material (TPE), and the whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating. This construction guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, as well as the action of oils, greases, water and atmospheric factors. The cable retains its flexibility even at low temperatures, down to -40°C. Core identification is done using colors, which facilitates correct connection.
Applications and Benefits
The UNIPUR cable finds wide application in many industries:
- Electric tools: drills, circular saws, garden tools.
- Portable and agricultural machinery: electric motors, pumps.
- Construction: powering devices on construction sites.
- Industrial installations: control and signaling connections.
- Hobby and DIY: all kinds of electrical devices.
Thanks to its durability and resistance to mechanical damage and external factors, the UNIPUR cable ensures long-lasting and reliable operation. The nominal operating temperature range from -40°C to +90°C allows it to be used in harsh environmental conditions. In addition, the cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21/ DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards and has a test voltage of 3000 V, which confirms its safety of use. The outer diameter of the cable is 22.2 mm, which makes it easier to route in tight spaces.
