Flexible cable 750V UNIPUR 5G10 yellow-yellow, PUR insulated 18733
Flexible control cable UNIPUR – reliability and durability in every application
This high-quality UNIPUR flexible cable, with a cross-section of 10 mm² and five cores, is designed for demanding applications where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are essential. It is ideal for both industrial installations and powering mobile devices. Made of durable polyurethane (PUR), it provides long-lasting protection against mechanical damage, weathering, and oils and greases.
The cable stands out for its exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C), which facilitates installation and ensures comfortable work. The construction with multi-strand cores of class 5 guarantees high resistance to bending and twisting, and the color-coded cores simplify correct connection. A rated voltage of up to 750V allows for a wide range of applications.
Construction and properties for professionals
The UNIPUR cable is characterized by an advanced construction that provides optimal electrical and mechanical parameters. Copper cores, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards, are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), ensuring excellent protection against moisture and corrosion. The strands are twisted in parallel, minimizing the risk of electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU is resistant to abrasion, cuts and notches, providing long-lasting protection of the cable in harsh working conditions.
- Exceptional flexibility: Enables easy installation even in tight spaces and at low temperatures (down to -40°C).
- Resistance to external factors: PUR outer jacket protects against oils, greases, water, weathering and UV radiation.
- Durable construction: Multi-strand cores of class 5 ensure high resistance to bending and twisting.
- Safety: Compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21/ DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards guarantees safe use.
- Color-coded cores: Simplifies correct connection and minimizes the risk of errors during installation.
- Wide operating temperature range: From -40°C to +90°C during installation – the cable will perform in a variety of environmental conditions.
The cable is available in yellow with a yellow outer jacket for better identification. The outer diameter is approximately 22.2 mm, which facilitates routing the cables in tight spaces.
