UNIPUR 5G16 flexible cable is a high-quality cable designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made with polyurethane (PUR) insulation, it ensures safe and long-lasting operation in a wide temperature range, from -40°C to +90°C. Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable is characterized by a solid construction, providing high mechanical strength and resistance to damage. It is made of five copper conductors, twisted in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. The conductors are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which ensures flexibility and abrasion resistance. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU guarantees protection against oils, greases, water, weathering and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to hydrolysis and microorganisms.

It is worth noting the exceptional flexibility of the cable even at low temperatures – down to -40°C – which makes it an ideal solution for outdoor and harsh industrial applications. The outer diameter of the cable is 28.1 mm, and the cross-section of a single core is 16 mm². The cable has color-coded conductors in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308, which facilitates the identification of individual wires.
