Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its durability and functionality. Twisted copper cores, flexibility class 5, provide good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from mechanical damage, weathering, oils and fats.

The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C – making it an ideal solution for outdoor applications and in harsh industrial conditions. The nominal core cross-section of 2.5 mm² allows for the transmission of adequate current in many applications. The outer diameter of the cable is 13 mm.

Additionally, the cable is characterized by high resistance to UV radiation, hydrolysis and microorganisms, which increases its lifespan and reliability. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.
