Construction and Properties

The UNIPUR 5G4 cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-term operation. It has five copper conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm², twisted together to increase flexibility. The thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulation guarantees high resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, and the action of oils, greases, water, and atmospheric factors. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU further protects the cable against mechanical damage and UV radiation.

A key feature of the cable is its exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures, which facilitates installation and ensures reliable operation in difficult conditions. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that interfere with painting, making it environmentally friendly. The rated voltage U/U0 is 450/750V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 15.2 mm.
