Thanks to its construction based on twisted copper strands, TPE insulation and PUR jacket, the cable retains its properties even at extreme temperatures.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR 7G4 cable stands out with its careful construction, which guarantees its durability and reliability. It consists of seven copper strands, twisted in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. Each strand is insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), providing excellent flexibility and abrasion resistance. The strands are twisted in parallel, optimizing the pitch and minimizing the risk of damage during use. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, which protects against external factors.

Additionally, the cable is characterized by high resistance to:

The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable is available in violet color, and on request it is possible to manufacture in other RAL colors.
