The UNIPUR 7G6 cable is a high-quality, flexible cable with polyurethane (PUR) insulation, designed for applications requiring resistance to mechanical and atmospheric factors. It provides safe and reliable connections over a wide temperature range, from -40°C to +90°C. The cable's construction guarantees long-term operation even in demanding industrial and construction environments.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR 7G6 cable stands out with its advanced construction, combining strength and flexibility. It consists of seven stranded copper conductors, with a cross-section of 6 mm², insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The conductors are twisted in parallel, which ensures optimal twist pitch and minimizes the risk of damage during bending. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, oils, greases and atmospheric factors. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

The cable has a green-yellow protective conductor and complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21/DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards. The rated voltage U/U0 is 450/750V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 21 mm.
