Construction and Properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, providing resistance to various external factors. Twisted copper strands of flexibility class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295) ensure high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric properties and chemical resistance. A copper braid screen minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial applications and automation. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from abrasion, cuts, the influence of oils, greases, and UV radiation.
