This flexible UNIPUR-CP 18G1.5 cable is the ideal solution wherever reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are required. The cable is designed for applications requiring high flexibility and mechanical resistance, such as power tools, construction machinery or agricultural equipment. The screened construction ensures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), minimizing interference in the operation of connected devices.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: 18 copper strands, twisted into a class 5 strand for maximum flexibility. Each strand is insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. The screen made of copper wires protects against electromagnetic interference, and the outer polyurethane (PUR) jacket provides resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change and UV radiation. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even in extreme temperature conditions – from -40°C to +90°C.
