Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 25G1,5 cable was designed with long-term and trouble-free operation in mind. It consists of 25 stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The conductors are twisted in parallel, which ensures optimal twist pitch and minimizes the risk of damage. A screen made of tinned copper wires (coverage approx. 85%) protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by a durable outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR), resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to abrasion, cuts and notches.

The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards and has a rated voltage of up to 750V (for a cross-section of 1.5 mm²). Available colors of the outer jacket include standard RAL shades and the possibility of ordering an individual color.
