Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on 25 stranded copper conductors, ensuring good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and the whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments. This makes the cable meet the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive CE.

The UNIPUR-CP 25G1,5 cable is widely used in power tools (drills, circular saws), portable motors, agricultural machinery, and refrigeration and construction installations. It is also a good choice for hobby applications and in docks. The conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm² allows for safe energy transmission, and the rated voltage of 450/750V ensures compatibility with most devices. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 23.8 mm. Remember the minimum bending radius of 7.5x cable diameter for stationary installation and 12.5x cable diameter for flexible operation. Available in orange (standard), but other colors are available on request – from blue to gray (according to the RAL palette).
