Flexible control cable UNIPUR-CP – reliability in harsh conditions
The UNIPUR-CP cable is a specialized solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. This cable, made of copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, ensures safe and efficient power transmission in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C. Cable shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial applications and those exposed to interference.
Construction and properties for professionals
The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation. The use of twisted copper strands of unbleached copper (class 5) ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The conductors are identified with colors according to DIN VDE 0293-308, which facilitates installation and servicing. Additionally, the cable has a screen made of bleached copper wires, which effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU provides resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation.

The cable is available in green and can be ordered with or without a protective conductor (G or x designation). Different jacket colors are also available on request.
