Made with multi-strand copper conductors, insulated with TPE and surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, it ensures reliable operation even in extreme conditions. Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its durability and functionality. Copper strands are twisted in parallel, ensuring optimal twist pitch and minimizing the risk of mechanical damage. A screen of tinned copper wires effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial applications and automation. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, oils, greases, water and climate change. Additionally, the cable remains flexible even at low temperatures (down to -40°C).

This cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards. This ensures that it meets the highest standards of safety and quality. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free.
