This shielded flexible cable UNIPUR-CP is an ideal solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable has been designed with durability and reliability in mind. It consists of a multi-wire copper core, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The cores are shielded, which provides protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, oils, greases, water and climate change. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.

The cable stands out with a construction ensuring flexibility and good conductivity thanks to the use of a stranded copper core class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/BS 6360/IEC 60228). TPE insulation guarantees resistance to low temperatures and maintains flexibility. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference. The PUR jacket provides high mechanical and chemical resistance. A wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +90°C) allows the cable to be used in various environmental conditions. UV resistance extends its lifespan in outdoor applications.
