Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 2x4 cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Made of stranded copper wire according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, it has insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), providing flexibility and abrasion resistance. The cores are identified with colors according to DIN VDE 0293-308, and the green-yellow protective core is available from 3 cores upwards. Shielding with bleached copper wires (coverage approx. 85%) minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU provides resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change and UV radiation.
