Construction and Properties
The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Stranded copper conductors of class 5 provide flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance. A screen of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The outer jacket made of PUR protects the cable from mechanical damage, the influence of oils, greases, water and climate change.
The cable is characterized by a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +90°C, which allows it to be used in extreme conditions. It is resistant to ozone, oxygen, UV radiation, hydrolysis and microorganisms. Importantly – the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 13.4 mm.
