The UNIPUR-CP 34G1,5 cable is characterized by a solid construction. It is made of 34 copper strands, twisted, with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The strands are shielded, which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides high resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, water and climate change. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis. The cable's flexibility is maintained even at low temperatures down to -40°C.
The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 and DIN EN 50525-2-21. The rated voltage of the cable is 450/750V, and the test voltage is 3000V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x cable diameter for stationary installation and 12.5x cable diameter for flexible operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 27.1 mm.
