This shielded control cable, made of high-quality materials, combines exceptional flexibility with resistance to harsh working conditions. Construction and properties
The UNIPUR-CP 34G1.5 cable has 34 copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The conductors are twisted in parallel for optimal twist pitch and protected with foil. A screen made of tinned copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by a durable outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR), resistant to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors. This ensures that the cable remains flexible even at low temperatures – down to -40°C.
Additionally, the cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 and DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards, which guarantees its safety and reliability. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. The rated voltage of the cable is 450/750V. The outer diameter is approximately 27.1 mm.
