This flexible UNIPUR-CP 3G16 cable, with a green polyurethane (PUR) outer sheath and TPE insulated conductors, is designed for operation in harsh conditions. It is suitable for both industrial installations and mobile applications where high mechanical resistance and flexibility are required. The cable is characterized by high quality workmanship and compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 and DIN EN 50525-2-21.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of stranded copper conductors (class 5), insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The conductors are twisted in parallel, ensuring optimal lay length and minimizing the risk of damage during bending. A screen of tinned copper wires protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to noise. The outer sheath made of PUR TMPU provides resistance to abrasion, oils, greases, water, climate change and UV radiation. The cable is metered for easy installation and dispensing.
