• Cores: Made of unannealed copper, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 – this ensures good conductivity and flexibility.
• Insulation: Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent insulating properties and abrasion resistance.
• Shielding: Shielding with tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in devices sensitive to interference.
• Outer jacket: Made of polyurethane (PUR TMPU) according to DIN EN 50363-10-2 – provides high resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation.
