The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties:
- Conductors: Multi-strand, stranded copper conductors (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295) provide flexibility and resistance to material fatigue.
- Insulation: Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent insulating properties and resistance to abrasion and weathering.
- Shielding: Shielding with tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in devices sensitive to interference.
- Outer jacket: Durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket protects the cable from mechanical damage, oils, greases and weathering.
- Flexibility at low temperatures: The cable remains flexible even at -40°C, allowing it to be used in harsh conditions.
