Flexible control cable UNIPUR-CP – reliability in harsh conditions

This shielded UNIPUR-CP cable is the ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The construction using thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and polyurethane (PUR) ensures exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion, oils, water and UV radiation.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: stranded copper conductors, TPE insulation, a screen of copper wires and an outer jacket made of PUR. The screen effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The conductors are identified by colors in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308, and the green-yellow protective conductor is located in the outer layer (from 3 conductors upwards). This makes installation and identification of the wires simple and intuitive. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and free from paint-inhibiting substances.
